Opened in April 2025, this location was designed to serve individuals and families throughout the surrounding communities with accessible, high-quality care. Whether you need a routine checkup, support for your child’s health, or behavioral health services, our team is here to help. We are committed to expanding access to care, with a continued focus on serving patients covered by Medi-Cal.

Our office is located on Euclid Avenue. For parking and entry, turn onto F Street and access the lot behind the building.
