With decades of experience and an unwavering commitment to high-quality medical care, Dr. Lally is a distinguished board-certified physician in Family Practice, with additional certifications in Sports Medicine and Geriatrics. His career has been defined by a passion for expanding healthcare access, advancing medical education, and driving innovation in patient care.

In his leadership role at Health Service Alliance (HSA), Dr. Lally is instrumental in broadening healthcare services and enhancing patient care, particularly for underserved communities. His expertise in medical education, hospital administration, and sports medicine has been pivotal in shaping programs that address critical gaps in community health.

A dedicated advocate for medical education, Dr. Lally has mentored countless interns, residents, and sports medicine fellows, shaping the next generation of physicians. He also serves as team physician for the USA Shooting Team and holds key leadership positions with the International Shooting Sports Federation and the International Olympic Medical Commission—most recently attending his eighth Olympic Games.

Locally, Dr. Lally has been a steadfast supporter of youth sports medicine programs within the Chino Valley Unified School District. Since 1994, he and two fellow physicians have conducted thousands of pre-participation physicals, generously donating all proceeds to support athletic trainers.

His dedication to healthcare has earned him national recognition, including being named Physician of the Year by the American Osteopathic Foundation and receiving the Inland Empire Spirit of the Entrepreneur Award.
