Where do I park?
Behind the building. Enter from F Street and head up to Suite 202 or 204.
Do you take Medi-Cal?
Yes. We accept Medi-Cal, Medicare, IEHP, and most major plans. Call and we confirm your coverage before your visit.
What time do you open?
8 AM, Monday to Friday, an hour earlier than our other centers. We close at 5 PM.
I live in Claremont or La Verne. Can I come here?
Yes. Euclid is our West End center and welcomes neighbors from across the county line.
What services are available at Upland?
All of our services are available at this center: family practice, pediatrics, behavioral health including psychiatry and therapy, women’s health, and veteran’s health. We also offer free Medi-Cal enrollment help.
What if I have no insurance?
You can still be seen. A sliding fee scale is based on your income, and we help you apply for Medi-Cal if you qualify.
Can I get help with prescription costs?
Yes. Every HSA center participates in the federal 340B pharmacy program. Ask about discounted prescriptions at your visit.
